Do all charter buses have restrooms?

Do your coaches have DVD/VHS/CD players?
Yes. All of our coaches used for long distance travel have TV monitors for our guests. You may visit the “our fleet" page online for more information about our coaches.
Do your coaches have air conditioning/heating?
Yes. We believe that this is an absolute must. We consider it our responsibility that you have a pleasant journey. You may visit the "our fleet" page online for more information about our coaches.
Can we eat food on the bus?
Yes. We have no problems with our guests eating during travel. We request that our passengers try to minimize the collection of trash in the bus as this can be a potential safety hazard. If requested, we
can even instruct the driver to make scheduled stops along the way so that our passengers may purchase food or eat at specific locations.
Can we bring coolers with us?
Yes. You may bring coolers with you to store both drinks and food.
Can we drink non-alcoholic beverages on the bus?
Yes. We request that our passengers try to minimize the collection of trash in the bus as this can be a potential safety hazard.
Can we drink alcoholic beverages on the bus?
Consumption of alcohol is permitted. However, guests are requested to behave responsibly. There may be a damage deposit/surcharge incurred for alcoholic beverages onboard.
Is smoking allowed on motor coaches?
No. We do not allow the use of tobacco products of any kind on our coaches.
How do I book a trip?
To book a trip, both parties must agree on a price and then a contract must be signed. We can fax contracts or our guests can appear in our office and sign contracts. Please note: YOUR BOOKING IS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Once the deposit has been made and a timeslot has been reserved, we cannot book trips for other customers at this time. Therefore, we require a nonrefundable deposit to book trips.
How much is my deposit and how is it calculated?
For local trips, we require a deposit of 40% to book your trip. For trips outside of Saint Louis, we require a deposit of $500.
When do I have to pay for my trip?
You must pay your remaining balance (after the deposit) fourteen (14) days before departure.
What if I have to cancel my trip?
If you cancel your trip within fourteen (14) days before departure, then only 50% of the payment will be refunded.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks (trips are NOT booked until deposit checks are cleared). We also accept Visa and MasterCard. If you would like to use another method for payment, please contact us.
How do you come up with the cost of a trip?
Several factors go into generating a price for a trip. We consider diesel prices, distance, overnight stays, number of drivers used, and number of coaches chartered.
Does the cost of a bus rental depend on the number of people traveling?
No. Unless we sponsor a tour where we charge on a per person basis, the cost of the trip does not depend on the number of people traveling. We rent entire buses to parties. So, for example, if there are 40 people in one party and 45 in another and both parties are headed to the same destination, both will be asked to pay the same amount..
Do we have handicap accessible buses that accommodate wheelchairs/scooters?
No. Sorry but at this time, our fleet does not include coaches that can accommodate the disabled.
Are there any additional charges to the quoted price?
No. There absolutely no hidden charges in addition to the quoted price (there may be a surcharge if passengers decide to consume alcohol onboard).
Are we required to tip the driver?
No. We do not require this.
Where will the driver sleep during overnight stays?
It is up to the customer to arrange for the driver's lodging.
Usually, hotels offer extreme discounts for drivers traveling with large groups.
Can your buses tavel to Mexico and Canada? Currently, we do not charter motor coaches for travel to Mexico or Canada. |
